Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline

We process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Estimated delivery time for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is:

  • 5–8 Business Days across India

  • Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, festivals, weather conditions, or courier delays.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges

To maintain smooth delivery operations and reduce fake orders and return-to-origin (RTO) losses:

  • An extra ₹100 COD handling fee will be added to all Cash on Delivery orders.

  • This fee covers courier handling, verification, and COD processing costs.

  • Prepaid orders do not include this extra charge.

Order Confirmation

For COD orders:

  • Customers may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

  • Orders that are not confirmed may be automatically cancelled.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

Please ensure:

  • Your phone number and address are correct.

  • Someone is available to receive the order.

Failed delivery due to incorrect details or unavailable customer may result in cancellation.

Refused Orders & RTO Policy

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without valid reason:

  • Future COD orders may be restricted.

  • The customer may need to place prepaid orders only.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high-risk COD orders.
